Terms of Service
1. The Service
Grow Your Presence uses AI image models to create new, AI-generated pictures based on a photo you upload. Results are generated automatically, can vary in quality and likeness, and are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a result will look like you or suit a particular purpose.
2. Accounts
You need an account (email and password) to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must verify your email address before buying a plan or credit pack. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive (for example, creating many free accounts to get free batches).
3. Photo consent and acceptable use
Only upload photos of yourself, or photos of a person who has given you clear, informed permission to be depicted by AI, and that you have the right to use. By ticking the consent box before each batch you confirm this. You agree not to:
- upload photos of anyone else without their permission, or impersonate, defame or mislead people about who is in an image (no deepfakes of real people who have not agreed);
- upload photos of children or anyone under 18, or create any sexual or sexualised content, nudity, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
- create content that is hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, illegal or that infringes someone's rights;
- use results to commit fraud, create fake identities or fake endorsements, or to bypass identity checks;
- attempt to bypass limits, watermarks, credits or security, scrape the Service, or resell access.
We may refuse or remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without refund, and may report unlawful content to the authorities. If you believe a photo of you was used without permission, contact us at the support contact shown on your payment receipt or in your account and we will review and remove it.
AI disclosure. Results are AI-generated. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform where you post them, including labelling AI-generated content where required.
4. Your content and our licence
You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your photo and the results solely to operate the Service for you (including sending your photo to our AI image provider to generate the results). Subject to these terms and the rights of third parties in your input, you may use the results you generate for personal and commercial purposes. Free-plan results carry a watermark that you may not remove; paid plans have no watermark. AI output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some countries, and similar results may be generated for other users.
5. Plans, credits and payment
- Credits: 1 credit = 1 batch of 5 photos. A credit is used when a batch starts. If every photo in a batch fails to generate, the credit is refunded automatically.
- Free: 1 batch, watermarked, no card required.
- Subscriptions: Starter $12/month (8 batches); Pro $29/month (25 batches); Studio $59/month (60 batches). Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. Monthly credits refill when a payment succeeds and do not roll over.
- Extra pack: $9 one-time for 5 batches. Pack credits do not expire and are used after your monthly credits.
- Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel any time from your account page (billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; you keep your plan until then.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide otherwise at our discretion, for example for a documented technical failure. Contact the support contact shown on your payment receipt or in your account.
- We may change prices or plan contents with notice before your next renewal.
6. Availability and limits
We may apply daily capacity limits, rate limits and queues (paid plans may be prioritised). The Service may be unavailable from time to time, and we may change or discontinue features.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Grow Your Presence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or content you create or post. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes, termination and contact
We may update these terms; if the change is material we will tell you (for example by email or in the app) and continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Questions: the support contact shown on your payment receipt or in your account.
